Doug and Michelle have ten years of experience in the Charlotte Harbor Market area.  They have successfully completed more than 1,500 real estate transactions.

Doug & Michelle Bry spent their fist 5 years in the Charlotte Harbor region as top producing sales agents for Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty.  They have achieved Coldwell Banker's highest sales production award levels of 'International Presidents Premier' and 'Presidents Circle Elite'.  Doug and Michelle have also been among the top ten buyer producing agents for all of Coldwell Banker for the entire State of Florida.

Doug and Michelle spent their next nearly three years as sales agents for RE/MAX Harbor Realty.  While there they earned the highest possible RE/MAX award level designation of 'RE/MAX Chairman's Club'.  Only a small hand full of RE/MAX Harbor Realty agents have ever achieved that level of production.

As these previous achievement indicate, the Bry's know what is needed to successfully market and sell real estate.  Today as agents with innovative Shells Realty, the Bry's prefer a more personal touch to marketing property.  Their advertising is there own and they feel it is a detriment to their customers to have customers listings lost amongst the endless numbers of listings the larger Realty franchises try to maintain.  Now, they are free to give buyers access to all MLS listings without preferential promotion of a specific franchise's listings. 

Doug has a CIA designation, Certified Internet Agent.  Doug is also an experienced land developer.

Michelle is a CRRS, Certified Residential Relocation Specialist.
